The VegasNow app: our mobile casino on your Home Screen
There is no VegasNow app to download from Apple or Google. What we offer is our mobile casino site, which you can open in Safari or Chrome and pin to your Home Screen so it starts from an icon like any other app. Below: setup on iPhone, Android and iPad, how to recognise a fake download, and what to do when something on your phone stops working.
The VegasNow app question, answered in one table
People who search for our app usually expect one of five things. Only two of them come from us.
| What you might find | Is it ours? | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The vegasnow.com mobile site in Safari or Chrome | Yes, the official route on mobile | Use your existing login |
| A Home Screen icon you save yourself | Yes, it opens that same site | Save it only after checking the address |
| A VegasNow listing in Apple's App Store | No verified listing | Ignore it unless vegasnow.com links to it |
| A VegasNow listing on Google Play | No verified listing | Ignore it unless vegasnow.com links to it |
| An APK file or a download page | Never from us | Do not install it; close the page |
The rule of thumb: anything that wants you to download a file is not VegasNow. Everything we offer on a phone runs in the browser. When you are ready, open VegasNow on your phone and follow the steps below.
Is there a VegasNow casino app?
Not a native one. Our account FAQ points mobile players to the browser, and the lobby on a phone is the same website you would use on a computer, rearranged to suit a smaller screen. Nothing is published under our name in the App Store or on Google Play, and we do not distribute installation files.
What you can have is a Home Screen web app, sometimes called PWA-style. You save the site from Safari or Chrome, an icon appears among your other apps, and tapping it opens VegasNow, on iPhone optionally without the browser's address bar. Because the icon loads the live website each time, there is no version to update and no casino program filling up storage. Deleting it later leaves your account untouched.
That also makes official status easy to judge: a store listing, file or download page is ours only if vegasnow.com links to it. A familiar logo proves nothing, because branding is free to copy.
Putting VegasNow on an iPhone Home Screen
Safari handles this on iPhone. Apple documents how to save any website as a Home Screen app, and here is that process applied to VegasNow.
Open vegasnow.com in Safari
Arrive through our VegasNow link, then glance at the address bar. It should read vegasnow.com before you enter or save anything.
Tap Share
Look for the square with an upward arrow. If your Safari layout tucks it away, tap the Page Menu first and Share will be inside.
Select Add to Home Screen
Scroll the share sheet to find it. Leaving Open as Web App switched on gives a full-screen launch with no address bar.
Tap Add
The icon now sits with your other apps and loads the very site you saved.
The first launch may ask you to sign in again, because a web app can hold its login apart from Safari tabs.
Putting VegasNow on an Android Home Screen
Chrome does this on Android. Google offers a basic shortcut or an installable web app; either opens our mobile site, and no casino software lands on the phone.
Open vegasnow.com in Chrome
Use our VegasNow link and confirm the address before entering your details.
Tap the menu
It is the column of three dots next to the address.
Choose the Home screen entry
The wording shifts between Chrome releases. Depending on yours, it reads Add to Home screen, Create shortcut or Install.
Label it and confirm
Call it VegasNow, or anything you will recognise, and tap Add to place the icon.
VegasNow on an iPad
iPad owners follow nearly the same path. Tap Share in Safari, and if Add to Home Screen is not visible immediately, check under More. Open as Web App sets whether the icon launches full-screen, and the menus vary by iPadOS version.
Remember what you have made: a shortcut to our website, stored on that tablet only. It is not a native iPad app, so your phone needs an icon of its own, and nothing becomes available offline, because games stream live and account services need a connection. If the tablet will not let you sign in, recover your existing account rather than opening another.
How to spot a fake VegasNow app
Cloned apps exist to harvest passwords and card numbers. Any one of these signs is reason enough to walk away.
A file to install
An .apk, an installer or a big download button means it is not ours. We have no file to download on any platform.
Requests for device settings
Being asked to allow unknown sources, add a profile or grant accessibility access is a warning sign on its own.
An unfamiliar address
A sign-in form that is not on vegasnow.com, or one you reached from an unexpected text or email, should never see your details.
Offers we do not make
App-only bonuses, secret codes or rewards for installing. We have no app-only offer and advertise no no-deposit bonus.
Already typed your details into one?
- Remove the icon, or uninstall the file if anything was installed.
- Reset your VegasNow password, starting from the real sign-in page, then update any other account that shares it.
- Contact us by live chat or at support@vegasnow.com and ask for a look at recent activity on the account.
- If card details went in too, ring your card provider straight away.
Signing in to VegasNow from your Home Screen
Mobile and desktop share one login. Enter the email and password you registered on our normal sign-in screen and you reach the same account, balance and verification status you see on a computer.
Do not register again just because you switched devices. Our terms permit a single account for each person unless we instruct otherwise, and a duplicate is one of the more common reasons bonuses or withdrawals get held. Forgotten password? Use the Forgot Password link inside Log In; the reset email goes to your registered address, so check spam if it is slow.
Two phone habits help. Use a screen passcode, since an icon can stay logged in. And when a sign-in fails, note the exact wording before trying again, because a page that never loads, a refused password and a restricted account each call for something different. Our login guide pairs common messages with the right next step.
Pokies and live tables on a small screen
Everything in the desktop lobby is in the phone lobby too, sorted into pokies, live casino and table games. Studios in our public catalogue include Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Belatra, BGaming and Evolution, and titles visible on 3 November 2026 included Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Book Of Ra Magic, Elvis Frog in Vegas and Crazy Time. Your own lobby may differ by region and account.
Pokies are light work for most current phones. If one stutters, close background apps and reload it. Live tables and game shows are different: they stream video, so they rely on a stable signal, and betting windows close on the presenter's timer rather than yours. Place bets early; a stream that freezes on mobile data is a connection issue, not an account one.
When a live round drops, jot down the time and the round reference so we can trace the result. Our live casino page explains each table and show.
Deposits and withdrawals from a phone
Your phone uses our standard cashier, so the methods and limits are the ones a computer shows. These are the ranges in our AU payment tables as at 3 November 2026.
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) | A$30 minimum, A$10,000 maximum | Not in the withdrawal table |
| MiFinity | A$30 minimum, A$4,000 maximum | A$30 minimum, A$4,000 maximum |
| Cashtocode voucher | A$25 minimum, A$400 maximum | Not in the withdrawal table |
| Inpay, PayAnyBank, bank wire | Not listed for deposits | A$300 minimum, A$6,000 maximum |
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP, DOGE and more) | Minimum set per coin | Minimum set per coin |
You will not find PayID, POLi or Neosurf here, as none of them is listed for AU deposits. Every method has to be registered in your own name. We may ask for identity documents (KYC) before paying out, large withdrawals can be split into instalments, and day, week and month caps apply in addition to each method's range.
Worked example: a MiFinity round trip
You deposit A$75 through MiFinity. Our account terms ask for that deposit to be wagered three times, A$225, before related funds can be withdrawn. Say your balance stands at A$260 afterwards. That is under the A$300 floor for the bank routes, so MiFinity, which starts at A$30, or a crypto wallet is the practical way out. If you deposited by card, which is not in the withdrawal table, ask support early which route will apply. Every exit range is on our withdrawals page.
VegasNow bonuses on mobile: the same offers as desktop
There is no separate mobile bonus: phone players get exactly what desktop players get. The welcome package spreads up to A$8,000 in matched funds and 500 free spins across four deposits.
| Stage | Code to enter | What the deposit unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | No code | 150% match to a maximum of A$1,500, plus 200 free spins |
| 2nd deposit | VEGAS2 | 100% match to a maximum of A$2,000, plus 50 free spins |
| 3rd deposit | VEGAS3 | 50% match to a maximum of A$2,000, plus 50 free spins |
| 4th deposit | VEGAS4 | 25% match to a maximum of A$2,500, plus 200 free spins |
A$20 is the minimum per offer, but a method's own floor applies first, so card and MiFinity deposits start at A$30. Wagering is 40× on bonus funds and on spin winnings, the clock runs for seven days, single bets must stay at or below A$8 until wagering is done, and you can hold only one bonus at a time. Each offer can pay out up to A$5,000, and welcome free-spin winnings are capped at A$300.
Worked example: an A$40 first deposit
An A$40 card deposit at stage one attracts a 150% match of A$60. At 40×, that is A$2,400 of qualifying play within seven days, roughly A$343 a day. The 200 spins follow once the A$40 deposit itself has been wagered once. On a phone keyboard, check each code letter by letter before confirming a later deposit. Our welcome bonus page sets out every condition.
VegasNow icon or browser tab: which to use
| Home Screen icon (web-app mode) | Ordinary Safari or Chrome tab | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting there | One tap from the Home Screen | Launch the browser and load the site |
| Address bar | Hidden, so the domain is not on show | Visible at a glance |
| Lobby, games and cashier | The full VegasNow site | The full VegasNow site |
| Updates | None needed; it loads the live site | None needed |
| Phone storage | Minimal, with no casino program installed | Minimal |
| Sign-in | Can hold its own session | Shares the browser's session |
Neither choice is more secure. The icon saves a tap or two, while the tab keeps the address in view. Use the icon day to day, and switch to a regular tab whenever something seems wrong: the address bar shows where you really are.
Is VegasNow safe and legal to use on a phone in Australia?
The Curaçao Gaming Authority licensed Just Entertainment B.V., the company behind VegasNow, on 13 August 2024 under number OGL/2024/164/0246. The licence certificate lists the approved domains, and your icon loads that same licensed site. The licence is offshore, issued in Curaçao rather than by an Australian regulator, and we accept players aged 18 and over only. Our licensing page has the full record.
Habits that make phone play safer:
- Only enter your password on vegasnow.com, opened from a link you trust.
- Keep one-time codes and passwords to yourself, even if the person asking claims to be support.
- Install system and browser updates when your phone offers them.
- Put a deposit limit on your account; self-exclusion is found alongside it.
A casino one tap away is exactly why limits matter. Free, confidential help is available from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. BetStop, the national register, lets you self-exclude from all Australian-licensed wagering providers in one step, and our responsible gambling page explains every tool in your account.
When VegasNow misbehaves on your phone
Most mobile problems follow a few patterns, each with a free first check.
| Symptom | Try first | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Site will not load | Try the address in Safari or Chrome directly | Swap Wi-Fi for mobile data, or the reverse |
| Password refused | Note the error exactly as shown | Reset via Forgot Password; never register twice |
| Game stuck on its loading screen | Write down the title and studio | Load a different title: if that works, the fault lies with the game, not your connection |
| Deposit sitting at pending | Look up the payment's status in your account | Hold off repeating it until the first one resolves |
| Icon leads somewhere unexpected | Compare the address in a regular tab | Remove the icon and recreate it from a link you have verified |
| Live stream freezes | Check signal bars or Wi-Fi strength | Note the round reference and the time for our team |
Work out where it broke
A page that will not open, a refused password and one game that never loads are separate faults. Note the last screen you reached and its exact wording. If you had already tapped pay, submit or withdraw, confirm whether that request arrived before tapping again. Hold off on wiping site data or moving to another phone until you know, because both blur the order of events.
What to send our support team
Reach us through live chat inside the site or at support@vegasnow.com, and include:
- Your phone model, its iOS or Android version, and the Safari or Chrome version.
- How you opened us: Home Screen icon or browser tab, held upright or sideways.
- Where it happened: sign-in, cashier, document upload or a named game.
- What appeared: the error text, a blank panel or a loop of redirects.
- When: the time and your time zone, with any payment, round or case reference already issued.
Crop passwords, codes and unrelated personal details out of screenshots, and keep one thread per problem. Our support page lists every way to reach us.
VegasNow app: questions and answers
Is VegasNow available on the App Store or Google Play?
No. Neither store carries a native VegasNow app. What people call our app is the mobile site pinned to a Home Screen, so treat any listing using our name as unofficial unless vegasnow.com links to it.
How do I get the VegasNow icon on my phone?
On iPhone or iPad, open our site in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and pick Add to Home screen, Create shortcut or Install, depending on the version.
Does the VegasNow app cost anything?
Nothing. Creating the icon is free, and no casino software goes onto your phone. Deposits, provider fees and bonus rules match the desktop site.
Do I need a separate account for mobile?
No. Your existing login works on every device. Opening a second account breaks our one-per-person rule and can delay bonuses or withdrawals.
Is there a bonus just for mobile players?
No. The four-stage welcome package, including codes VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4, works identically on a phone and on desktop.
Someone sent me a VegasNow APK. Is it safe to install?
Do not install it. We never send out APK files, and casino-branded installers from download sites endanger your phone and your personal details. Delete the file and play through the mobile site.
Can I use PayID or POLi on my phone?
No. PayID, POLi and Neosurf are not in our AU deposit list on any device. On mobile you can deposit by card, MiFinity, Cashtocode or supported cryptocurrencies.
Will the VegasNow icon work offline?
No. Games stream and account services need a connection, so the icon only opens the site while your phone is online.
Is a Home Screen icon the same as a native app?
Not quite. A web app or shortcut can sit on the Home Screen just like a native app, but it opens a website. Check what created the icon and which address it loads.
My screen froze after I pressed deposit. Should I press it again?
Not yet. First look up the payment's status in your account and save any error text. A stuck screen cannot tell you whether the original request arrived.
Can I add VegasNow to more than one device?
Yes. Each phone or tablet needs its own icon, saved from that device's browser, and they all open the same account.
