VegasNow VIP and loyalty: points, levels and Sin City
Every real-money bet in our lobby adds to your loyalty points, and the game type decides how fast. The points feed two balances: one lifts you through seven tiers themed on Las Vegas landmarks, the other is spent in the Loyalty Store on bonus funds. Sin City, our VIP Lounge, works differently again, because members are selected rather than promoted by points. Each part is explained below with the sums shown.
VegasNow loyalty at a glance
Start here if you want the key numbers in one place. Each line comes from our loyalty programme page, our VIP Lounge page or our general bonus terms.
| Feature | How it works |
|---|---|
| Who earns | Every real-money account holder aged 18 or over |
| Pokies | A$25 staked earns one redeemable and one status point |
| Roulette | A$100 staked per point |
| Blackjack and baccarat | A$250 staked per point |
| Levels | Seven Las Vegas-themed tiers; everyone opens at Golden Glimmer I and the summit is Bella Vista |
| Smallest store exchange | An A$5 bonus for 200 points, at the Golden Glimmer rate |
| Exchanged bonuses | Wagered 40× within 7 days, with bets capped at A$8 |
| Sin City VIP Lounge | Membership by selection, judged on dedication and regular activity |
Two point balances: how the VegasNow programme is built
The programme keeps two separate tallies, and it helps to know which is which before reading the tables further down.
Redeemable points
A spending balance. You spend it in the Loyalty Store, where it converts to bonus funds, and the balance falls every time you do.
Status points
A running total that is never spent. It sets your level, and your level sets the exchange rate the store gives you.
Real-money stakes
Points come from real-money wagers. Bonus wagering and points sit on different ledgers, so clearing a bonus and earning points are separate counts.
On pokies the two balances climb together, one of each for every A$25 staked, which is why pokie play lifts your level and fills the store at once. The game you choose changes the pace sharply: per dollar, pokies earn four times as quickly as roulette and ten times as quickly as blackjack or baccarat.
A quick illustration of the split. A player who has staked A$22,500 on pokies holds 900 status points and 900 redeemable points, which puts the account at Golden Glimmer II. Trading 800 of the redeemable points as four 200-point lots brings A$20 of bonus funds and leaves 100 redeemable points. The status total stays at 900, so the level does not move.
Earning rates by game at VegasNow: worked examples
The table turns four amounts of real-money wagering into points. Each amount is a multiple of A$500, so every cell divides exactly at all three rates.
| Real-money wagered | Pokies (A$25 a point) | Roulette (A$100 a point) | Blackjack or baccarat (A$250 a point) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A$1,500 | 60 | 15 | 6 |
| A$3,500 | 140 | 35 | 14 |
| A$7,000 | 280 | 70 | 28 |
| A$12,000 | 480 | 120 | 48 |
Single sessions
An A$50 session on Elvis Frog in Vegas is worth 2 points. A$300 on Lightning Roulette earns 3. A$500 over an evening of live blackjack earns 2, and A$750 at a baccarat table earns 3. The pokie session is a tenth the size of the blackjack one and earns exactly as much.
A mixed month
Say a month of play comes to A$3,000 on pokies, A$2,000 on roulette, A$2,500 at blackjack and A$500 on baccarat, A$8,000 staked in all. That earns 120, 20, 10 and 2 points, 152 together, which still leaves you 48 short of the 200-point minimum exchange. A further A$1,200 of pokie play would close the gap; the same 48 points at blackjack would need A$12,000. Table players should expect the store to fill slowly.
Points and wagering contribution are two different scales
It is easy to mix up the rate at which a game earns points with the rate at which it clears a bonus. They are set separately, and one game in particular behaves very differently on each.
| Game type | Real-money stake per point | Counts toward bonus wagering |
|---|---|---|
| Pokies | A$25 | 100%, with listed exceptions |
| Roulette | A$100 | 25% |
| Blackjack | A$250 | 10% |
| Baccarat | A$250 | 0% |
| Game shows | Not listed in the earning table | 10% |
Baccarat is the row to remember. It earns points at the blackjack rate, yet it does nothing at all for a bonus requirement. Spend a week at a baccarat table while holding an exchanged bonus and the points balance creeps up while the wagering counter does not move. Pokies sit at the other end: the quickest way to earn points and the quickest way to clear a bonus, subject to any exceptions an offer names. You can browse titles by provider on our pokies page.
Both ledgers in one session
Suppose you hold an A$20 store bonus with A$800 to wager and play A$400 on pokies, then A$400 on roulette. Wagering progress is A$400 from the pokies plus A$100 from roulette at 25%, so A$500 of the A$800 is done. On the points side the same play earns 16 points from pokies and 4 from roulette, 20 in all. Same stakes, two quite different results.
VegasNow loyalty levels and the published thresholds
Seven levels make up the ladder, each carrying the name of a Las Vegas venue, and some are divided into numbered steps. New accounts begin at Golden Glimmer I. Below are the thresholds our programme page publishes. Your account shows the complete ladder with the intermediate rows we have not reproduced, because the public page does not list them.
| Level | Status points | Pokie turnover at A$25 a point | Weeks at A$500 of pokie play a week |
|---|---|---|---|
| Golden Glimmer I | Starting level | None | None |
| Golden Glimmer II | 600 | A$15,000 | 30 |
| Golden Glimmer III | 2,000 | A$50,000 | 100 |
| Gondola Grand I | 500,000 | A$12,500,000 | 25,000 |
| Julius Palace III | 3,000,000 | A$75,000,000 | 150,000 |
| Bella Vista | 5,000,000 | A$125,000,000 | 250,000 |
The final column is there to be honest. A regular player can get to Golden Glimmer II or III over a number of months. From Gondola Grand I upward, the turnover involved is out of reach for nearly everyone: 25,000 weeks is more than 480 years. One more named level, Parisian Palace Las Vegas, shows up in the store rows below; the programme places it above the Golden Glimmer tiers and below the summit.
Table games stretch every threshold further. At one point per A$100 on roulette, Golden Glimmer III works out at A$200,000 of turnover, and at one point per A$250 on blackjack it is A$500,000.
The VegasNow Loyalty Store: what each exchange row is worth
The Loyalty Store converts redeemable points into bonus funds. Nothing below 200 points can be exchanged, and better rates open up at higher levels. Our programme page publishes four rows, shown here from the smallest to the largest, with the pokie stakes behind each one and the cents each point is worth.
| Points spent | Bonus received | Level | Pokie stakes to earn them | Cents per point |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 | A$5 | Golden Glimmer | A$5,000 | 2.5 |
| 750 | A$20 | Parisian Palace Las Vegas | A$18,750 | About 2.7 |
| 2,000 | A$60 | Golden Glimmer, saved in one go | A$50,000 | 3 |
| 100,000 | A$5,000 | Bella Vista | A$2,500,000 | 5 |
Trading now or saving up
At Golden Glimmer you choose between 200-point lots and a single 2,000-point exchange. Picture a player sitting on 1,400 points. Seven lots of 200 bring A$35 today. Holding on for another 600 points, which is A$15,000 more on pokies, would turn the full 2,000 into A$60, where ten lots of 200 would have paid A$50. Whether A$10 is worth that wait is a personal call, and playing extra to get there is never a good reason.
Value per A$100 staked
Seen against turnover, the amounts are small. At the 200-point Golden Glimmer rate, every A$100 on pokies earns 4 points, worth 10 cents of bonus. On roulette A$100 earns 1 point, worth 2.5 cents, and blackjack needs A$250 for a single point, so its figure falls to 1 cent per A$100. Even at Bella Vista's rate, pokies return 20 cents of bonus per A$100 staked. Points are a small extra on top of play, never a reason for it.
40× wagering on VegasNow Loyalty Store bonuses
Points buy bonus funds, not cash. Our general bonus terms, in the version dated 26 February 2024, govern them completely: 40× wagering, 7 days to finish, an A$8 maximum bet, the standard game contributions and a single bonus on the account at any time.
| Exchange | Bonus | 40× wagering | Spins at A$2 | Bets at the A$8 maximum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 points | A$5 | A$200 | 100 | 25 |
| 750 points | A$20 | A$800 | 400 | 100 |
| 2,000 points | A$60 | A$2,400 | 1,200 | 300 |
| 100,000 points | A$5,000 | A$200,000 | 100,000 | 25,000 |
Contribution changes the workload. The A$800 attached to a 750-point exchange means A$800 of pokie stakes, A$3,200 on roulette or A$8,000 on blackjack and game shows, and baccarat cannot clear it at all.
Before you exchange
- Finish or decline any active bonus first, such as a welcome stage or a Tuesday reload, since an account carries one bonus at any moment. Our weekly promotions page shows how reloads fit around that rule.
- Pick an exchange size that suits the coming week. A 2,000-point exchange needs A$2,400 of pokie play inside seven days, so choose it only for a week you would play that much anyway.
- Hold each bet to A$8 or less until the bonus is finished.
- Note that the same general terms carry the default A$5,000 winnings cap and the right to decline a bonus.
Sin City: inside the VegasNow VIP Lounge
Sin City is not a rung on the ladder. The levels run on autopilot: stake, gather status points, climb. The lounge is invitation-only, and what it publishes is a benefit list, not a points price.
Bigger limits
Betting limits above those of a standard account, and withdrawals that are larger and handled faster.
Your own manager
A dedicated VIP account manager, with a VIP team on hand around the clock, every day of the week.
Recognition
Rewards when you hit milestones or win tournaments, plus gifts chosen for you personally.
Exclusive play
Tournaments and promotions open only to VIPs, and invitations to VIP events.
Withdrawals are the benefit members ask about most, so it pays to be exact. For standard accounts, our AU table allows A$300 to A$6,000 per request on bank routes (Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire) and A$30 to A$4,000 on MiFinity, inside account caps that reach A$6,000 per day, A$12,000 per week and A$42,000 per month. The terms give us discretion to set other limits for VIP accounts, but no VIP number is published anywhere, so we do not quote one. Identity checks, own-name payment methods and the rule that each deposit is turned over three times before withdrawal stay the same for Sin City members. Standard limits are on the withdrawals page.
How VegasNow selects Sin City members
According to our VIP Lounge page, members are picked on the strength of dedication and regular activity, and players are welcome to get in touch about VIP access. There is no points figure that sends an invitation automatically, and no level that unlocks the lounge on its own.
Get the basics right
Verification complete, the account in good standing and payments made from methods in your own name: reviews start from there.
Ask our team
Message our support team from your account and ask about VIP access. That is the published route.
Hear back
The team can let you know if your account is being looked at, and what comes next.
Regular activity is about steady play across time, not a single big deposit, and nobody should raise their stakes to chase an invitation. Membership does not rewrite the bonus rules either. Unless a VIP offer states different terms, it follows the general terms like any other: 40× wagering, a seven-day window, bets capped at A$8 and no second bonus running alongside it.
Loyalty levels or Sin City: how the two compare
| Aspect | Loyalty levels | Sin City VIP Lounge |
|---|---|---|
| How you get there | Automatically, through status points | By selection |
| Published entry point | Yes, for the rows on our programme page | None |
| What it changes | Your Loyalty Store exchange rate | Limits, service, rewards and events |
| Bonus rules | 40× on exchanged bonuses | General terms unless an offer says otherwise |
| Can you ask about it? | No need, it is pure arithmetic | Yes, through support |
The two run side by side. Levels reward volume mechanically, while Sin City reflects our view of an account's overall relationship with us, so a high level and a lounge invitation are separate things.
Unsure where your account stands on either? Our support team can confirm your current level from inside the account and say whether any VIP review is open for it.
Six VegasNow loyalty mistakes to avoid
Every slip below follows directly from rules covered earlier on this page, and each is simple to sidestep once you have seen it written down.
- Clearing a store bonus on baccarat. It earns a point per A$250 but counts 0% toward wagering, so the bonus never clears there.
- Exchanging mid-bonus. While a welcome stage or reload is live, a new exchange has to wait. Clear the active bonus first.
- Reading a level name as a target. Gondola Grand I equals A$12,500,000 of pokie turnover, far beyond normal play.
- Treating store credit as cash. A$20 from 750 points carries A$800 of wagering before any of it can be withdrawn.
- Assuming a high level brings an invitation. Sin City selection is separate and no points total triggers it.
- Betting over A$8 with a store bonus running. The ceiling applies until the bonus is finished or declined.
Responsible play and VegasNow loyalty points
Loyalty points measure turnover, which is money put at stake, not money won. The numbers on this page show how lopsided that is: the smallest exchange of 200 points takes A$5,000 of pokie stakes and returns an A$5 bonus. A few habits keep points in proportion.
- Treat points as a side effect of play you had planned anyway.
- Never stake more or stay longer to reach a level, an exchange or a lounge invitation.
- Being close to a threshold is not a reason to deposit again.

VegasNow VIP and loyalty: questions and answers
How do VegasNow loyalty points add up?
Through real-money stakes. On pokies, each A$25 brings one redeemable and one status point. Roulette pays a point for every A$100 staked, while blackjack and baccarat pay one for every A$250.
What is the cheapest exchange in the Loyalty Store?
An A$5 bonus for 200 points, at the Golden Glimmer rate. Save 2,000 points at that level and you receive A$60. The other published rows give A$20 for 750 points at Parisian Palace Las Vegas and A$5,000 for 100,000 points at Bella Vista.
Can I withdraw a Loyalty Store bonus straight away?
No. It arrives as bonus funds with 40× wagering, 7 days to complete and an A$8 maximum bet. An A$20 exchange, for example, needs A$800 of qualifying play first.
Which loyalty levels does VegasNow publish?
The ladder has seven Las Vegas-themed levels and everyone starts on Golden Glimmer I. Our programme page gives these status point thresholds: 600 for Golden Glimmer II, 2,000 for Golden Glimmer III, 500,000 for Gondola Grand I, 3,000,000 for Julius Palace III and 5,000,000 for Bella Vista. Your account shows the remaining rows.
How do I get into Sin City?
Selection is based on dedication and regular activity, and you are welcome to ask our support team about access. No points total is published for entry, and holding a particular level is not enough by itself.
Can Sin City members withdraw more?
Possibly. The lounge's benefit list mentions larger and faster withdrawals, and our terms let us set other limits for VIP accounts. We publish no VIP figure, though, and identity checks still apply.
Do I earn more points when I win?
No. Points follow the amount staked, not the result, so two sessions with equal stakes earn equal points, whatever happened in each.
Where can I see my points and level?
Inside your account once you are signed in. The account view also shows the complete level ladder, including rows our public page leaves out.
